Description

α-Naphtholphthalein is a bis-naphthol pH indicator compound. α-Naphtholphthalein has been described for use in the design of an optical CO₂ sensor based on the fluorescence intensity changes of Tetraphenylporphyrin (sc-215304) due to absorption changes of alpha-Naphtholphthalein embedded in a polymer.
