Description
Bromothymol Blue is a pH indicator for weak acids and bases. The chemical is also used for observing photosynthetic activities or respiratory indicators and possibly utilized as a biological slide stain for detecting nuclei or cell walls. Approximate pH range for color change is 6.0-7.6 with the color shifting from yellow to blue.
