Description

Water, DEPC-Treated is a DEPC(Diethylpyrocarbonate)-treated and sterile filtered water. DEPC inactivates RNase enzymes in water by covalent modifications of the histidine residues. Water, DEPC-Treated is used for the reconstitution of lyophilized products such as oligomers, proteins, and siRNA.
