Description

SLV 320 is a potent and selective Adenosine A1-R antagonist (K_i values are 1, 200, 398 and 3981 nM at human Adenosine A1-R, Adenosine A3-R, Adenosine A2A-R and Adenosine A2B-R, respectively). SLV 320 represses cardiac fibrosis and attenuates albuminuria, without effect on blood pressure.
