Description

K 114 is a potent amyloid fibril-specific fluorescent dye (EC₅₀ = 20 - 30 nM). This chemical displays minimal fluorescence in aqueous buffers and fluoresces brightly in the presence of Aβ, α-synuclein and tau in situ.
