Cruz Marker™ Molecular Weight Standards: sc-2035	\| Datasheet

Recommended use is 2-4 µl per lane in SDS-PAGE
Each vial contains 200 µl volume, sufficient for 50 gels
The ladder consists of six bands which appear on the final Western blot film: 132 kDa, 90 kDa, 55 kDa, 43 kDa, 34 kDa, 23 kDa
These reagents must be used in combination with Cruz Marker™ compatible Western blotting secondary antibodies available only from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc.
Cruz Marker™ Molecular Weight Standards appear only on the final Western blot film after incubation with Cruz Marker™ compatible Western blotting secondary antibodies. These are not prestained markers.
Cruz Marker™ Molecular Weight Standards are provided ready to use in SDS-PAGE loading buffer and can be loaded directly into an SDS-PAGE gel. No dilution or reconstitution is required
Cruz Markers™ are provided for use as internal molecular weight standards for chemiluminescence Western blotting applications and are ideal for approximating the molecular weight of target proteins.
Cruz Marker™ Molecular Weight Standards use a proprietary technology to allow researchers to visualize the final molecular weight ladder of six bands clearly and consistently on the final Western blot film. Ideal for use in combination with our Prestained Molecular Weight Markers (Broad, High and Low range: sc-2361, sc-2362, sc-2360) for verification and calibration of protein standard migration in SDS PAGE gels and Western blotting membranes.
These reagents must be used in combination with Cruz Marker™ compatible Western blotting secondary antibodies available only from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc.
