Description
Acetomycin has been shown to be active against HCT-8 human colon adenocarcinoma cells and L1210 murine leukemia cells in vitro. Studies have shown this compound to lose cytotoxicity due to esterase inactivation. Additionally, Acetomycin has been shown to contain antifungal, antibiotic, and antiprotozoal activity.
