  • Nitrocellulose pure transfer membrane is an unsupported nitrocellulose membrane that is most effective for protein or immunoblotting applications.
  • Nitrocellulose pure transfer membrane is cellulose acetate free, assuring high binding and sensitivity with low backgrounds. Nucleic acid binding is 100 µg/cm².
  • 0.45 μm pore size nitrocellulose membrane is recommended for higher molecular proteins (13 kDa-400 kDa).
  • Nitrocellulose membrane is easily blocked.
  • Nitrocellulose membrane is compatible with isotopic, chemiluminescent luminol, colorimetric, and fluorescence imaging.
