SEE ALSO...

CD45 Antibody (T29/33) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody specifically designed to target CD45, also known as Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type C (PTPRC). CD45 is a transmembrane glycoprotein that is universally expressed on all nucleated hematopoietic cells, making it a critical marker for identifying and studying various immune cell populations. Located on the cell surface, CD45 plays an essential role in modulating signal transduction pathways by regulating tyrosine phosphorylation, which is pivotal for T and B cell receptor signaling and overall immune cell activation. This strategic cellular positioning allows CD45 to interact directly with key signaling molecules, thereby influencing immune responses and maintaining cellular communication within the immune system. CD45 monoclonal antibody (T29/33) is raised against the human CCRF-CEM cell line and exhibits reactivity in human samples across multiple applications, including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), Proximity Ligation Assay (PAR), and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-CD45 antibody (T29/33) recognizes specific epitopes that arise from the alternative splicing of CD45, enabling the differentiation of its various isoforms such as CD45RA, CD45RB, CD45RC, and CD45RO. These isoforms are differentially expressed among distinct immune cell subsets, providing valuable insights into immune cell differentiation and function. By targeting CD45, anti-CD45 antibody (T29/33) facilitates comprehensive analysis and characterization of immune cells, supporting both research endeavors and diagnostic applications in immunology and related fields.
