Rated 1 out of 5 by from 自施設で染色したが、良好な結果は得られなかった。サンプルを用いて陽性検体を染色しました。当院はLeica BOND-MAXでの染色で、抗体は推奨の50倍希釈、検出系はDAB発色、抗体反応時間15min、賦活はEDTA20min、クエン酸20min、proK5minのそれぞれ1枚ずつで染色しました。結果的には良好な染色結果は得られませんでした。proKとEDRAはやや被りがあり、陽性所見なし。クエン酸は陽性所見なしでした。
