Western blot analysis of β-catenin phosphorylation in untreated (A, D), calyculin treated (B, E) and calyculin and lambda protein phosphatase treated (C, F) SH-SY5Y whole cell lysates. Antibodies tested include p-β-catenin (Ser 33)-R: sc-16743-R (A, B, C) and β-catenin (H-102): sc-7199 (D, E, F).
