EBF Antibody (C-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects EBF protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). EBF (C-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Early B cell factor (EBF) plays a crucial role in B lymphocyte maturation, a complex process that requires specific transcription factors at different stages of cell differentiation. EBF is a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) homodimeric transcription factor that binds to the core DNA sequence, CCCNNGGG, through a specialized DNA recognition domain featuring a zinc-coordination motif.
